penyu…

salam,

this is going to be very brief…

ill be updating my november activities later…

be warned anyway,it will be a long post if it is ever posted anyhow…

so, to today’s post…

i need help to identify the species of the animal in the pictures below…

need them to give it the proper diet, habitat etc…

hoping i could get em asap…

underwaternyu

fyi, it looks exactly like a penyu (u better check the definition for turtle, cuz i end up looking at tortoises when searching,n according to wikipedia turtle n tortoise are the same thing,its rather confusing,thus, ill stick with penyu)…

it is of the size of  my palm…

can be said it has a pig nose though its not pink neither it snorts…

has kaki like penyu not kura2…

now in my aquarium, which means it lives in fresh water not sea water…

likes to be 1/2 (tail part) underwater and 1/2 (head part) above water…

have tail…

greyish blue in color with brown marking on the shell and white beneath…

and a very cute face…

  1. nad tu mcm baby tuntung n penyu. kne tgu besar dulu kot bru leh identify.hihi. beza tuntung n penyu – kaki tuntung ade kuku. penyu takde. dulu penah tgk kt tv,tp xtau la. juz memberi idea. cube la search image tuntung or penyu. tp for sure it’s not a kura2 kn. where did u find this penyu/tuntung anyway?ehehe.slmt menjaga! ;)

    yah,aq beli kt paun ja.24k.nazi kt kl by nxt week aq ny penyu msh hdp, da nk p bl jgk.hrp2 hdp pnjg la.tuntung adik aq kata kaki mcm kura2.xsure la plak.tp stakat aq search smua ada 6 or 7 species ja penyu.n kl ikut bentuk maybe species da Kemp’s Ridley tp xsure.huhu~tp tuntung xsure la plak.huhu~
