fighting crimes trying to safe the world…

THIS ARTICLE’S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO ASK FOR OPINIONS.NOTHING MORE.NOTHING LESS.

assume there is 3 groups, bubble, buttercup and blossom. each group consist of 10 members. all 30 members can sew equally well.

in a sewing competition, each group is required to participate with 5 members.thus, buttercup confirmed 5 buttercups.and so does blossom.

for group bubble, the representative decided to include members from buttercup and blossom,but still participating under the name bubble. the decision made is done without other bubble members acknowledgement, for a reason kept only to the newly established bubble.

on the date and time set, the competition was held smoothly except for a few un-acknowledged bubble members, whom in their defense said, “we can sew too.why aren’t we competing?we are bubble.”

Questions:

1. given the scenario above, is it acceptable if the non-competing un-acknowledged bubbles to retaliate (of being left out of bubble and of any explanation they deserve)?

2. if,the representative didn’t compete under the name bubble (and didn’t tell bubbles about it), would the situation differ?

3. if, the representative first asked permission from the bubbles to recruit a new team but still compete under the name bubble,would the situation differ?

4.if, the representative have a solid reasoning of why he’d done what he did, what steps should he have taken to avoid confrontations (including introspectively before competing)?

this isn’t personal.this is just brainstorming and gathering opinions.honestly, it is.
